Active engagement with senior leadership, the company CCO, independent Compliance Monitor, and outside counsel resulted in more effective and streamlined compliance policies, improved training content and delivery, proper staffing, and an unambiguous compliance-focused “tone at the top.”
Oversaw and directed the effective harmonization and consolidation of three corporate programs into a single program for a publicly-traded 40,000-employee engineering company with world-wide operations and an aggressive corporate acquisition program.
